Bringing together a host of the most promising young talent of today for another 4 track selection, it features new tracks from…. Antonio de Angelis & Luciano Esse. The two London based Italians have had a year to remember. Key movers on the London party scene, the pair can be found spinning regularly at many of the city’s finest events. Residencies at ‘We Love..’ in Ibiza and ‘Kubicle‘ in London, alonside their own ‘Zum‘ afterhours parties, have rapidly built the duo’s reputation as the ‘go to’ DJ’s for many promoters. On the production front 2009 has been a big year for the Pair. Producing under their Luciano Esse & Toni D moniker, the pair have had released and remixed on Material, Trapez, Monique and Leftroom, and also appeared on Safari Electronique’s ‘Liberacion EP‘ back in February. The pair give us ‘Jazz Set‘. Micro_on & Vicente. Roman duo Germano Venture and Adriano Moretti launched their Micro_on project in 2007. Renowned for their superbly selected and mixed DJ sets the pair collaborated with ‘Angels of Love‘ in 2008 to play for Carl Cox @ Space. Their first production, the ‘Microland EP‘ was released this year on Objazz Records. Vicente is on a roll himself in 2009. Having cut his teeth playing the finest parties in Milan and Barcelona, it was 2008 that saw him enter the production world. His rapid rise has seen him already release on Big City Beats, Robsoul and Catwash. The trio give us ‘Feel It‘. Sinc are Italian duo Gianluca Lorusso and Tarcisio Longobardi. Having produced together since 2003, the pair have covered a range of sounds from Minimal-electronica to industrial, taking in Newwave and 80’s electro. Early productions featured on ‘The Flame Recordings‘, and today the guys are ploughing a more tribal-tech sound, with releases and remixes for Playmobil and Saved. Sinc deliver ‘Ex Bitch’. Label boss Arnaud Le Texier needs no introduction. His recent work have further enhanced his already strong reputation for creating dancefloor gems. With the recent Safari EP we mentioned earlier and his awesome remix of Lemos’s ‘Kalooo‘ on Bass Culture Records, Arnaud is a regular player in most DJ’s sets. Here he teams up with Antonio de Angelis on ‘Breath of Night‘. Finally, and rounding out the package is a ‘digital exclusive’ treat from the duo Sonotheque. Having already featured for Safari Electronique on the 2008 ‘Blue EP‘, and won a strong following for their releases on Tenax, Sound Bros. and Undercut, the boys now drop ‘Zuma Mama‘.
